- identified particular areas needing more attention
- developed a sense of your own observer
- uncovered unhelpful beliefs and thought patterns
- seeded new positive beliefs and thought patterns deeply into your unconscious mind
- for each direction of The Wheel a much greater insight into how you work under pressure
- lots of practical tools and useful insights into new approaches
- a strong sense of how to pull together the directions of The Wheel to be creative, inspire and connect with others working from the centre
